Ministry of Interior provides link to check if you can apply for Qatar Permanent Residency

Expats in Qatar now can check if they are eligible to apply for permanent residency.
The Ministry of Interior has given a link to check if a person is eligible to apply for a Permanent Residency Card.
The user needs to enter their Qatar ID number and the expiry date on the form and click submit.
Then the website will tell you whether you are eligible or not to apply for the Qatar Permanent Residency Card.
If you are not eligible it will show a message that “QID is not eligible to apply for Permanent Residency.”
For eligible person it will specify the type of category for which you can apply and provides a link to apply.
It will show the message like “QID is eligible to apply for Permanent Residency under below categories.”
Permanent residence card application is electronically submitted through the Ministry of Interior website.
