Ambassador of Algeria to Qatar HE Dr. Mustafa Boutoura has lauded the directives of HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al -Thani, to provide urgent medical aid to Algeria to confront the pandemic of coronavirus (Covid 19).

In his statement to the Qatar News Agency (QNA) HE the Ambassador extended "sincere thanks and generous gratitude to the State of Qatar, HH the Amir, government and people for the genuine gesture of providing various and important medical aid to my country, Algeria, under the directives of HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al -Thani to support its efforts in fighting the outbreak of the new coronavirus (Covid 19) ".

HE the Ambassador added , "such generous gestures are not strange to brothers in Qatar, reflecting the State of Qatar's solidarity with the brotherly countries , and countries of the world in general as one of the premise of the foreign policy of the State of Qatar, which has long embodied it in many occasions and international crises.

HE the Algerian Ambassador praised on this occasion what was included in the speech of HH the Amir to the Qatari people on the occasion of the blessed month of Ramadan, calling on all countries of the world to devote a spirit of solidarity in all meanings and aspects to face the spread of this new pandemic that threatens most of the world and address the post-corona repercussions in all its economic, social and other dimensions.
