BTS' Debut Performance Of 'Butter' Will Be At The Billboard Music Awards Two Days After The Song's Release
We are less than ten days away from the release of 'Butter', the second English-language song from K-pop superstars BTS. That's a big deal for more than one reason. For starters, their first English track ‘Dynamite’ broke a bunch of music chart records and scored a history-making Grammy nomination for the septet so anticipation around their next song is high. Their upcoming track will also mark their comeback after their album BE dropped last year. The song arrives on May 21 but the date for their debut performance of 'Butter' has already been set.

BTS will officially perform 'Butter' for the first time at the 2021 Billboard Music Awards on May 23 (at 8 PM PT/5 PM ET). You can scream now!

BTS has been nominated for four categories at the BBMAs including Top Duo/Group, Top Song Sales Artist, Top Selling Song, and Top Social Artist which is a fan-voted award that the K-pop act has won four times in a row. This year could mark their fifth win. As per Billboard's reports, BTS will perform from Korea just the way they did for 'Dynamite' back in 2020.

So far we have seen a slew of teasers and concept photos for ‘Butter’ which is described as a “dance-pop track brimming with the smooth yet charismatic charm of BTS,”. Teaser clips featuring RM, Jin, SUGA, j-hope, Jimin, V, and Jung Kook are out. The highlights were definitely RM showing off his blonde hair, Jung kook vibing to a heart-shaped stick of butter. That’s how you win over the internet. Can’t wait to see the end results!
