The second session of the University Theater Festival "Our Youth on the Stage," organized by the Theater Affairs Center will start from 21 to 27 March at the Qatar National Theater, under the patronage of HE Minister of Culture and Sports Salah bin Ghanem Al Ali.

The closing ceremony and the announcement of the festival's prizes coincide with the Ministry of Culture and Sports celebration of the World Theatre Day, which falls on March 27 of each year. The theatrical performance "Wadi Al Majadir" written and directed by Abdul Rahman Al Mannai, in cooperation with the artists of the Doha Theater Troupe, will be presented during the celebration. Also, Moussa Zainal, one of the founders of the theatrical movement in the State of Qatar, will give a speech on the occasion of World Theatre Day.

Four theatrical performances participate in the current session, including two performances written and directed by students of Qatar University, one by students of the College of the North Atlantic, and one by students of the Community College.
