Make your weekend fun and exciting with many events that can be done virtually by having no less than the usual fun just like every other weekend. As we get ready for the gradual lifting of four phases with the novel coronavirus (Covid-19) cases still in place, let us make sure that we have safe and fun weekend by taking part in various activities and following the mandatory precautionary methods imposed in the country.
 
1. VCUarts Qatar – Online exhibition
 
 
Qatar Foundation’s partner university, Virginia Commonwealth University School of the Arts in Qatar (VCUarts Qatar), has started an online exhibition to display the works of this year’s graduating artists and designers. VCUarts Qatar has invited all the citizens and residents in the country along with artists, designers, and industry professionals to attend and witness the creative output of Qatar’s latest generation of creatives. The online show is a collective presentation of 85 graduates exhibiting their skills and talents of VCUarts Qatar’s Class of 2021. As the event is currently ongoing and virtual, it is free of cost. 2. Making a Professional Profile and CV on Linkedln 
 
 
This online event will help you learn how to create a professional account and connect with others on Linkedln platform. You will also be taught how to prepare a good CV to enhance your chances of getting recruited by the companies. The event is schedule on May 20, 2021 from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm. There will be no fee for this online event. 
 
3. Sky Masters Sports Club 
 
 
Have you ever wondered to fly like a bird? As Sky Masters Sports Club offers you this childhood dream of flying, you will be briefed on the safety measures by a certified instructor via intercom. Grab this amazing opportunity during Eid holidays to enjoy and relax 20 minutes of flying with breath-taking views, sights and smells from a 360-degree angle while flying low and slow. Located near the Sealine Beach in Mesaieed, this will be open to the public from 5:30 am onwards everyday. 4. Grey Times Art Exhibition at the Fire Station
 
 
As the region is going through a challenging circumstance with Covid-19, Grey times steps up to display their breath-taking art works contributed by different artists. Come down to the garage gallery, fire station following precautionary measures any time between 9:00 am and 7:00 pm from Saturdays to Thursdays and from 1:30 pm to 7:00 pm on Fridays. It will be opened to welcome you until the end of July. It will also be free of cost as you don’t have to purchase a ticket to come to the exhibition. 5. FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2021™ volunteer registration
 
 
An amazing opportunity has come for those who wish to volunteer in the prestigious tournament of Arab Football, which is scheduled to take place in the month of November and December 2021. The matches will be played in different stadiums across the country and a minimum of eight shift is mandatory to undergo for a volunteer.
