19,848 travel bans issued against Expats and Kuwaitis

The first 3 months of 2019 a total of 19,848 travel bans and 28,314 arrest warrants have been issued against Kuwaitis and expatriates for various reasons according to the Statistics issued by the Sentences Enforcement Department of the Ministry of Justice, reports Al- Qabas daily.
