Kerala on Monday hung tight for the blood reports of an adolescent, suspected to be tainted by the Nipah infection. The Ernakulam wellbeing experts said the Pune Virology Laboratory results were normal later in the day. 

The young was being treatment at a private clinic close Kochi. 

Wellbeing Minister K.K. Shailaja has invalidated cases made by the online media that the adolescent under treatment is a Nipah positive patient. 

She has said that there has been no affirmation about the adolescent's test outcomes and consequently there was no requirement for any worry. 

 

She has additionally guaranteed that the Health Department was completely equipped to confront any consequences. 

Last May, the Nipah (NiV) infection assault removed 12 lives, with 22 positive cases revealed from Kozhikode and Malappuram locale that made an immense panic.
