Andaman And Nicobar Islands Hit By 9 Earthquakes In 2 Hours

Nine medium force tremors, with a magnitude extending from 4.7 to 5.2, hit the Andaman and Nicobar Islands Monday morning, all in a range of two hours, as indicated by the National Center for Seismology.
The main jolt with a size of 4.9 happened at 5.14 AM, trailed by another shock with a size of 5 a few minutes after the fact.
The last jolt was recorded at 6.54 AM with an extent of 5.2, it said.
The Andaman and the Nicobar archipelago is inclined to seismic tremors.
