China kept a United Nations Security Council board of trustees on Wednesday from boycotting the head of Pakistan-based aggressor gather Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM), which said it assaulted an Indian paramilitary escort in questioned Kashmir. 

The Feb. 14 assault that executed no less than 40 Indian paramilitary police, making it the deadliest in Kashmir amid a 30-year-long revolt, expanded pressures among Pakistan and India.
