A passenger plane caught fire on Wednesday at the Abha International Airport in a terrorist attack launched by the Iran-backed Houthi militia, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported, citing a statement from the Arab Coalition.
In the statement, the Coalition to Support Legitimacy in Yemen said that the fire was under control.
Calling the attack on the airport a war crime, the coalition vowed to thwart such attacks.
“We are taking all necessary measures to protect civilians from the threats of the Houthis,” the statement read.
