FOR ATTENTION - THIS IS A DEVELOPING SITUATION; FURTHER CHANGES EXPECTED : PAL will closely monitor the typhoon situation and will provide updates on further changes. Please continue to monitor the status of your flights by logging on to www.philippineairlines.com or checking further advisories on our Official PAL Facebook page. Even after the typhoon recedes and weather improves, it will take some time to restore normal schedules, as we would need to reposition aircraft and undertake other operational adjustments based on the revised slots and clearances at the affected airports, in coordination with the airport and air traffic control authorities. Please do not proceed to the airport if your flight is cancelled, but instead avail of the rebooking options (see below).

FOR PASSENGERS OF CANCELLED FLIGHTS:

If your contact details are in our reservations records, you will be informed of the status of your flights via e-mail, telephone call or SMS/text. You have the option to rebook on the flight of your choice (on the same cabin class) within 30 days from original travel date with rebooking service fees waived. You also have the option to refund your ticket cost within 30 days from original travel date. You may convert your ticket to a travel voucher for use within one year from your original flight date.

For more information, you may call PAL hotline (02) (+632) 8855-888], visit www.philippineairlines.com or its Official PAL Facebook page.
