Nepalese require visa to enter India via Pak, China

According to a notice issued by the Nepalese Embassy in New Delhi, India, Nepalese nationals need visa if they are entering India from Pakistan, China, Hong Kong and Macau.
Also Nepalese nationals are required to acquire NOC( No Objection Certificate ) from the respective Nepalese Embassies to travel to Gulf countries, including Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and Lebanon.
The notice stated that Nepali traveller is required to submit an application to the respective embassy along with relevant documents, including employment permit to get the NOC.
