Preparations for the meeting of Belarus-Qatar intergovernmental committee discussed in Minsk

Belarus' Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergei Aleinik met with Charge d'Affaires ad interim of the State of Qatar in Belarus Meshaal Al Attiyah on 22 December, BelTA learned from the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
During the meeting the parties discussed the current issues of Belarus-Qatar cooperation in politics, trade and economy and reaffirmed mutual interest in promoting cooperation between the countries.
Special consideration was given to the exchange of visits of official and business delegations and the preparations for the next meeting of the joint intergovernmental committee and consultations between the foreign ministries of Belarus and Qatar.
