A video turned into a web sensation via web-based networking media on Tuesday demonstrating an instructor compromising an understudy with a hatchet in Jammu and Kashmir's Kupwara region.
The occurrence occurred at a non-public school in Wagat town of Handwara zone in Kupwara region.
