Metrash2 offers the residents of Qatar an easy way to access MOI services through their mobile devices. Services like enquiring about official documents, creating and paying for individual/company exit permits, enquiring about and settling traffic violations, etc. are made available through an easy-to-use user interface.

Metrash2 is available for free. It requires a user to first register for the service and then download and install the application on his/her mobile device in quick easy steps.

Metrash allow to operate with MOI services, metrash reach you everywhere.

Ministry of Interior (MoI) announced today the new E-services of the Metrash2 application which include:

• replacing vehicle plates

• writing off vehicles

• criminal complaints

• adding newborn to the national address

• employees list for travel notifications

• adding

• removing

• inquiry

Remote criminal complaints service through the Metrash2 application helps report complaints easily and simplify the procedures. You can report to the Cyber Crimes Investigation Centre via cccc@moi.gov.qa or through the Metrash2 mobile app. You can call CCIC on 2347444 or 66815757.

You can also register your national address through Metrash2 or MoI website. All above 18 years have to register their national address by themselves using Metrash2 or MOI e-services.

Most of the services offered by the General Directorate of Traffic are available on Metrash2 and MI website. They can be completed without visiting Traffic Directorate or MoI Services Centre.
