The Ministry of Interior (MOI) has announced the latest addition to its services which enables Qatar residents to print the "exceptional entry permit" automatically via the MoI website anytime, immediately following the registration of their exit.

MoI noted that this shall be from the date of starting the implementation of this decision on 29 November 2020.

The Ministry, in a series of tweets on its Twitter account, said that this comes within the framework of the measures of the gradual lifting of restrictions imposed in the State of Qatar due to Coronavirus (COVID-19). MOI pointed out that this service does not include residents who are outside the State, or those who had left before the fixed date, since there are still the measures requiring those people to get the exceptional entry permit via Qatar Portal. 

The Ministry also posted a video in which it has shown the measures of issuing the exceptional entry permit for residents. The measures are as follows:

- Entering the window of inquiries and applications. 

- Moving to the window of entry and exit permits. 

- Clicking on printing the exceptional entry permit. 

- Filling in the required data and printing the permit.
