Sidra Medicine signs MoU with Afif Charity

Sidra Medicine and Afif Charity have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) whereby the charity will be offering financial aids to those in need in order to cover the cost of treatment, medications and medical supplies for pediatric patients.

Dr. Barbro Fridén, Chief Executive Officer at Sidra Medicine signed the MoU with Ms. Zalikha Al-Asmakh, Acting Chief Executive Officer of Afif Charity. The MoU between both the organisations were signed on the 27th of May 2021.

Along with the purpose of meeting the financial needs to cover the treatment and costs of medicines and medical supplies for pediatric patients, the Charity has also assured to offer community support to those unwell children who are being treated at Sidra Medicine.
