10 more people arrested for violating home quarantine rules in Qatar

The Ministry of Public Health announced the arrest of 10 people who violated the requirements of home quarantine. MoPH said violators will be prosecuted.

The country has taken a series of measures to ensure the public remains at the lowest possible risk of contracting the virus.

In this regard, the country made it mandatory for those who recently had contact with a COVID-19 affected individual.

Despite the government's directives, some people have violated these requirements putting public health and safety at risk.

The competent authorities have been actively involved in monitoring and holding accountable all individuals who act against the home quarantine requirements.

The Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) announced that 10 more people have been arrested for such violations.

The naming and arrest of these individuals, who are all Qatari citizens, reinforces the importance of adhering to the authorities' directives concerning measures implemented for the benefit of all nationals and residents within Qatar during this significant period.
