Al Wakrah Municipality shuts down fish outlets

Al Wakrah Municipality’s director issued the closure of two fish outlets at the fish market for a period of three days each as expired fish were displayed at the store.
With this closure of the outlets, nearly 80 kgs of expired fish or unfit fish that was not suitable for human consumption was destroyed.
This process of destroying the fish that was not good to be sold was undertaken by the supervision of veterinarians at the fish market.
