Ashghal temporarily closes 2 lanes of Al Bidda, Omar Al Mokhtar streets

The Public Works Authority (Ashghal) has announced that it will be closing two lanes of Al Bidda Street and Omar Al Mokhtar Street, for 1 km that begins from Al Taameen Street towards Towers Intersection, while keeping one lane open for traffic.
By jointly coordinating with the General Directorate of Traffic, this change will be taking place every night from 12 AM to 5 AM starting Tuesday April 20, 2021 until May 16, 2021, to make sure the works of asphalt is successfully completed, as part of the upgrading works on some streets in West Bay Area project.
 
Ashghal will also install road signs advising motorists about the temporary closure. The public works authorities called out all road users to abide by the speed limit and strictly adhere to the road signs to make sure their safety is highlighted.
