Ashghal to close part of Salwa Road for six months starting from Friday

A piece of Salwa Road will be shut for a half year beginning from Friday, August 31 to fabricate another extension. 

Ashghal declared that it will close Salwa street at Rawdat Rashed Interchange, in the paths prompting Doha as a team with the General Directorate of Traffic. 

Amid this period, activity on the shut piece of Salwa Road will be occupied to the contrary side of the street, which will incorporate two paths for movement making a beeline for Doha and another two paths making a beeline for Bu Samra, as appeared in the guide. 

 

The conclusion intends to empower development works of another scaffold parallel to the current extension at Rawdat Rashed Interchange, with a specific end goal to oblige the activity making a beeline for Rawdat Rashed Road. 

This is a piece of the fourth period of Rawdat Rashed Road Development Project executed by Ashghal. 

The Public Works Authority will introduce street signs instructing drivers with respect to the preoccupation. Ashghal asked all street clients to submit to as far as possible, and take after the street signs to guarantee their safety.​​
