This generous amount will be spent to buy prosthetic devices, chairs and other equipment, that will result in benefitting 55 members of the association with mobility, hearing, visual and multiple disabilities. Also, autistic beneficiaries will be given assistance. Help will be given from Waqf Bank for Healthcare for individuals who are in low-income.

The director general said that the Waqf Bank for Healthcare was seeking to establish projects and form partnerships with numerous parties including QSRSN citing that Awqaf has been in touch with the association for years and have estabilished many achievements and milestones together.

QSRSN director Afifa said: “Caring for people with disabilities and creating a creative environment for them is one of the most important things that Islam has urged. On this approach, we came to complement this initiative.”

“This support comes from the standpoint of joint competencies and the strengthening of co-operation between the General Administration of Endowments and QSRSN," he added.
