Bahrain fishing boat intercepted within Qatari territorial waters

A fishing boat from Bahrain with three people onboard has been intercepted within Qatar’s territorial waters.
Coasts and Borders Security patrols found that there were 3 sailors on board, one Bahraini national and the rest from one of the Asian nationalities as they were fishing using traps. They are referred to the competent prosecution to complete the legal procedures against them.

Coastal and border patrol units intercepted the fishing vessel off the coast of Fasht Al Dibel, which is in Qatar.
One Bahrain national and two others of Asian nationality have been referred to the Public Prosecution. They were found using traps to fish.
