Commercial Bank completes the offering of dollar denominated benchmark

The Commercial Bank (P.S.Q.C.) has completed the offering of its $700,000,000 2-percent, 5-year Regulation S bond. The offering closed on 12 May 2021.
Application was made to the Irish Stock Exchange plc trading as Euronext Dublin for the notes to be admitted to its official list and to trading on its regulated market.
