Customs department prevents smuggling attempt into Qatar

The General Authority of Customs on Monday said that the officials prevented and foiled a smuggling attempt into Qatar.
An attempt of smuggling 17.5 kg of marijuana into the country was prevented by the Air Cargo and Special Airports Department.
According to the tweet by the designated authorities, the contraband was kept hidden in the compressors of air conditioners.
