DQ: Two more hotels included for quarantine

Discover Qatar (DQ) has included two more hotels additionally to their Welcome Home quarantine package, which brings the total hotel available for quarantine to 62 hotels. The booking is open for hotel quarantine on DQ’s website until August 31, 2021.
In a tweet Qatar Airways said that, “Discover Qatar continues to grow the capacity of Welcome Home quarantine facilities. With the new addition of The Avenue Hotel and DoubleTree by Hilton, 62 hotels are now available for Welcome Home Packages, bringing together 8,886 rooms daily.”
Returning citizens or expats travelling from a country, which is not in the green list and has not taken the vaccination must undergo a mandatory seven-day hotel quarantine their own cost.
To facilitate the travellers returning from abroad, Discover Qatar has made available 62 hotels in three, four, and five-star categories.
Discover Qatar’s Welcome Home hotel quarantine package prices begins from QR 2,300.
Three meals per day on a full board basis is also included in this quarantine package, a PCR test and one-way transfers during the arrival to Hamad International Airport.
