Qatar’s leading telecommunications operator, Ooredoo, has signalled its full dedication to in-house human capital development with the major leadership appointment of Qatari national Eman Al Khater as Chief Human Resources Officer.

As the newly appointed Chief Human Resources Officer, Eman Al Khater will aim at directing the Ooredoo workforce throughout Qatar’s transition to a knowledge-based economy, as part of the country’s drive to achieve Qatar National Vision 2030.

Al Khater joins Ooredoo Qatar as Chief Human Resources Officer prior to Group Strategic Sourcing, where she was Director of Sourcing Capabilities, Performance & Partnerships. She has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, having worked with both Ooredoo Group and Ooredoo Qatar in the previous roles.
