Embassy of Qatar reminds on travel restrictions for travellers arriving from Doha into UK

The Qatar Embassy in London has once again reminded that as per UK’s Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office advice travel to and from the UK is not allowed since Qatar was added to the red list on March 19, 2021.
The statement further added that all direct flights from Qatar is still banned for travels to the UK. All the travellers, especially visiting Qatar who have been in or have transited via Qatar in the last 10 days will not be allowed to enter into the UK.
The stated rules of Red List says that all visitors must go through quarantine in a government-approved hotel for the duration of 10 days.
Passengers allowed to enter into UK are:
- If you are a British or Irish National, or you have residence rights in the UK.
- Students with residence permits
- Entry permits for patients and their companions who have prior arrangements for medical treatment
