Global tea brands Lipton and Brooke Bond Red Label factories opened in Qatar Which is inaugurated by Minister of Commerce and Industry H E Ali bin Ahmed Al-Kuwari. 

Qatar Industrial Manufacturing Company (QIMC) will be managing the assembly line.

The plant is located in the new industrial area and there are two production lines in the plant.

The second to package 200gms, 450gms and 950gms for the retail market.

The first line will be packing Red Label and Lipton in to 5kg packets that will serve the hospitality companies such as tea shops, cafeterias and restaurants.

Abdul Rahman Al Ansari, the Chief Executive Officer of QIMC said, "This is one of the big achievement in a short period. We have worked together with Red Label and Lipton for the initial two production lines in Qatar. We express gratitude toward Qatar Development Bank for helping us and giving us this chance."

Head of the Technical Committee for the Encouragement and Participation of the Private Sector in Economic Development Projects, Khamis Al Mohannadi said:Global tea brands Lipton and Brooke Bond Red Label brands come and invest in the Qatar market because of the country offers a safe environment for investment.
