The foundation course on systems and communications, which is organized by the Safety and Security Operations Committee (SSOC) of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, kicked off Sunday for those who are attached to the program, at the FIFA World Cup’s security operations center. 

In the five-days course, 52 officers and non-commissioned officers from the departments of the Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Defense and Lekhwiya Force are participating, as they receive a training program that includes a theoretical part and an applied part on the use of the techniques of the championship’s security operations center in securing sporting events. 

The course, in which a number of experts and technology officers are lecturing at the championship’s security operations center, seeks to provide participants with the best experiences and skills that strengthens their performance in the security and safety operations of the various sports tournaments held in the country, foremost of which is the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.
