HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al Thani issued on Sunday Law No. (8) of 2019 on the guideline of street transport and Law No. (9) for the year 2019 on street transport of dangerous substances. 

The two laws will be executed from the date of issue and distributed in the Official Gazette. (QNA) 

The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al Thani additionally issued Decree No. 17 of 2019, confirming an update of comprehension to coordinate in the wellbeing field between the legislatures of Qatar and Somalia. It was marked in Doha on May 14, 2018 and has been added to this pronouncement and will have the forces of a law in accordance with Article 68 of the constitution.

The Amir likewise issued Decree No. 19 of 2019, sanctioning the increase of Qatar to the 1988 Protocol to the International Convention on Load Lines, 1966 and will have the forces of a law in accordance with Article 68 of the constitution.
