HIA denies incorrect rumours regarding temporary closure of airport to passenger movement

The Hamad International Airport (HIA) has denied as "false" a rumour being circulated on social media that the airport is being temporarily closed.
"HIA Qatar denies the false rumors circulating about the airport being temporarily closed. We confirm that we will continue to operate as normal for all travellers."
"The policies and procedures for entry into Qatar continue to be carefully managed by the Ministry of Public Health and it is constantly updated on the MoPH website."
