HMC: Visitor policy updated for non-Covid-19 hospitals

Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) has updated its visitor policy for non-Covid-19 hospitals. 
 
Starting today, the visitors can come to the hospital from 12:30 pm to 8 pm every day for HMC non-Covid-19 facilities.
 
 
Every other measure will be the same including:
 
• Visitors are required to display a green Ehteraz status, wear a mask and undergo a temperature check before entry.
 
• Only one visitor is allowed at a time for a maximum of one hour with maximum 3 visitors a day during public visiting hours. Escorts are not allowed.
 
• Food, flowers, drinks and chocolates are not allowed to be brought into the facilities.
 
• Children under 15 years old are not permitted to visit patients.
 
There are no visitors permitted in the designated COVID-19 hospitals -  Communicable Disease Center, Hazm Mebeireek General Hospital, The Cuban Hospital and Mesaieed.
