The Department of Meteorology announced today that Qatar is experiencing hot weather during daytime with scattered clouds and a chance of light rain in some areas. Sea state remains slight and maximum temperature expected in Doha is  41°C.

Yesterday, mild evening with scattered clouds were observed, and it is expected that the flow of clouds will continue to enter the country’s atmosphere with a chance of light rain in some areas tomorrow.

Local authorities call on all members of the society to stay at home, only leave the house when necessary, and maintain social distancing  to ensure their safety against the coronavirus (Covid-19) disease. It also urged the public to adhere to the compulsory implementation of wearing face masks when leaving the house as hefty fines and imprisonment will be charged to perpetrators.
