Levantine now open
The upscale Levantine restaurant, Qatar’s contemporary home of soulful Levant cuisine is now open at Hilton Doha the Pearl Hotel & Residences. Levantine’s dinner menu, which focuses on sharing and gathering, is a collaboration between the hotel’s own culinary team and Lebanese celebrity chef Joe Barza. Guests can dine indoors or outdoors amid the fragrant aromas of live, theatre-style cooking of Levantine favourites including flash-charcoal-grilled spiced meats, seafood, fish and vegetables, spit-roasted lamb and chicken, and fresh bread baking.
