LOC announces 2021 Amir cup final venue with limited capacity

The Amir Cup Local Organising Committee (LOC) has announced that this year’s Amir cup final will be played at Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium on May 14, Friday in the attendance of a limited capacity in the stadium that are subject to few specific conditions.
In a statement on Saturday, the organisers said that, only those individuals who are fully vaccinated and those recovered individuals from Covid-19 are eligible to book tickets. No fans under the age of 16-year-olds will be permitted to the Amir cup final.
LOC stated that people who received their vaccination must have received their second shot before April 30, while those who have been infected with Covid-19 must show the evidence that they were completely recovered any day between November 14, 2020 and April 24, 2021.
 
With regards to the safe precautionary measures in the stadium, all fans must wear a face mask, maintain physical distancing and sit in the allocated seat according to their ticket. Fans are also compelled to show their green status on Ehteraz application while they enter the stadium and have their temperature checked.

This is the second Amir Cup Final to be held during the past five months. The 2020 edition of the competition was played at Ahmad Bin Ali Stadium – the fourth FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 tournament venue to be inaugurated by the SC.
Al Sadd were crowened champions during the 48th edition of the Amir Cup after a sounding 2-1 victory against Al Arabi.
