The Ministry of Interior (MOI), has announced on its official Twitter account, that the remote service of submitting criminal complaints via "Metrash2" App facilitiates the process of receiving a report and makes it easier for customers to track their requests.

The local authority has launched the said service of submitting criminal complaints this year.

How to submit a complaint?

1. Access the "Metrash2" App

2. Select the window "Contact us"

3. Move to the window of criminal complaints (Security Departments) in order to select a security department concerned with a complaint, to specify a complaint type, and write a summary on complaint, in addition to a complaint signatory with attaching signed photocopy of a complaint. 

4. After submitting a complaint, a relevant security department will contact you and complete the rest of followed procedural measures according to the nature and requirements of your complaint.

The Ministry is recommending everyone who  who wishes to submit complaints or reports to use the service, enable to lessen walk-in transactions in the security departments. This initiative also adheres to the the precautionary measures set by the Government of Qatar by banning gatherings in order to ensure the safety of the public.
