The Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MoEHE) has carried put aides to people with special needs to help them in transaction services to deliver the same to them at their places, in particular for the elderly citizens. 

This initiative is a part of MoEHE’s distinguished services offered to the elderly people and those people with special needs in order to give an appreciation for them.

In a statement made by the ministry, such special services amounted to 36 transactions after the first launch of the services last year in August. The ministry also has asked all the people with special needs to contact the customer service on the hotline – 155; the ministry telephone number – 44044444; WhatsApp – 60020020; fax – 44044107; or alternatively email them on info@edu.gov.qa, whenever they are in need of carrying out transaction services at the ministry. 

The Ministry of Education has instructed its employees to give priority to those people with special needs in offering them the smoothest service.
