MOEHE to host virtual Education Forum on April 3

The Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MOEHE) has announced that it will be conducting an Education Forum virtually on April 3, with the participation of a group of specialists and academics from Qatar and abroad. 
Head of the Scientific Committee of the Forum Dr. Raniya Mutlaq Bakkur told Qatar News Agency (QNA) that the one-day forum will be organised under the slogan ‘Visions and Aspirations Beyond Challenges’, mentioning that the organising committee has completed the technical screening process for the accepted participants of the scientific committee. 
She also stated that the committee received 102 participations from various Arab and foreign countries, which were technically screened, and the diverse topics ranges between sustainable development and future foresight.
Bakkur said that there will be various topics that relates to post-COVID-19 pandemic and sustainable development goals, including integrating education for sustainable development, new visions on early education, community partnership in education for achieving sustainable development, and many more. 
 
Dr. Bakkur also highlighted that the scientific committee of the forum comprises of 11 members from deffierent departments and specialties, who were keen to consider the international standards in the forum. 
She noted that the forum will have 30 sessions including different lectures and workshops on the given topics, and that the forum is a great opportunity for researchers and specialists from different countries to participate and gain insights.
She signalled that the forum will offer numeros opportunities for the participants and the public to interact with each other, as the workshops and lectures will be broadcasted live through videoconferencing platform, and will be available on the forum’s electronic platform after it is completed.
