MoI hosts workshop on ‘Patrol Works’ to strengthen its efficiency

The Ministry of the Interior (MoI) started yesterday a workshop on “Patrols Works”, organised by the Permanent Committee for the Development, Follow-up of the Patrols and Investigation at the Ministry. 
This particular workshop was set up after the ministry had initiated training plans to enhance its skills of cadre, refine their experiences and introduce them to modern methods in the fields of security work. 
The main aim of this workshop is to develop theoretical and practical experiences to rain the increase the efficiency and readiness of patrol workers. This will enable them to proceed with their work effectively to maintain security, reducing crime, developing the communication between the public and the police, ensuring the public is enjoying safely and securely. This workshop which prepares one to boost its efficient will last until April 17, 2021.
This workshop, in which experts from the Ministry of Interior are lecturing, is an opportunity for the participants to exchange experiences and experiments on ways to prevent crimes and control them when occurring.
The workshop is held in a group system with ten groups, with the participation of officers and other ranks from various departments of the Ministry of Interior and the Lekhwiya force who work in the patrols.
The individuals who take parts in this workshop will also receive theoretical and scientific lectures on various significant topics like security sense, body language, the art of dealing with the people, first responder, crime scene preservation, criminal procedures, the principles of dealing with the wireless device, and traffic and drugs laws.
