Prime Minister and Minister of Interior pays a visit to NMoQ

Prime Minister and Minister of Interior H E Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al Thani yesterday paid a visit to the National Museum of Qatar. HE the Prime Minister was given a brief description on a scientific exhibition on ‘sea cows’.
During this occasion, H E Sheikha Al Mayassa bint Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, Chairperson of Qatar Museums, also attended
HE the Prime Minister later tweeted that, “I visited today, in our National Museum, an important scientific exhibition on 'sea cows', which are one of the environmental species that are particularly linked to the nature of Qatar and the Gulf.”
We are making strenuous efforts in Qatar to preserve biological and environmental diversity, including drafting a programme to monitor the marine environment, in accordance with the goals set by Qatar National Vision 2030,” he added.
