A project to plant one million trees in Qatar as a major aspect of the endeavors to help the worldwide activity on environmental change and supportable condition was disclosed at the AgriteQ 2019 presentation yesterday. 

PM and Interior Minister H E Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani initiated the seventh version of Qatar International Agricultural Exhibition (AgriteQ 2019) and the First International Environmental Exhibition (EnviroteQ) at Doha Exhibition and Convention Center (DECC) yesterday. 

The one million trees venture goes for using treated sewage water for water system, decreasing the wastage of water, upgrading natural assorted variety, improving air quality, expanding greenery to diminish carbon impression. 

The Minister of Municipality and Environment H E Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Subaie  said that as of late Qatar has given extraordinary consideration to the improvement of the nation's riches, including rural segment. 

The Minister called attention to that the Ministry has given all way to help farming makers by disseminating agrarian help materials, nurseries, bumble bee cells, and rural generation prerequisites, for example, seeds, manures, pesticides, advertising bundles and others, while domesticated animals reproducers are bolstered by concentrated feeds and creature creation necessities, for example, milk and sheep fleece cutting machine among some more.

Umar Salem Al Naimi, Director of the Department of Protection and Wildlife at the Ministry said that the activity of planting one million trees will be controlled by the Department of Climate Change. 

He said that the activity is a piece of the endeavors of condition insurance area at the Ministry which goes for including the network in the endeavors of the Ministry.
