- a memorandum of understanding for twinning between the Municipality of Doha in the State of Qatar and the Municipality of Tunis in the Republic of Tunisia, and

- a memorandum of understanding for cooperation to improve the fields of industry, innovation and technological development between the Government of the State of Qatar and the Government of the Republic of Tunisia.

The Cabinet reviewed the following topics and took the appropriate decision:

- a draft law on combating conflicts of interest, and

- the annual report of the National Human Rights Committee on human rights situation in the State of Qatar and the views of the relevant authorities in this regard.
