Qatar Charity donates Eid clothes to over 4000 orphans

Qatar Charity (QC), along with the support from generous people in Qatar, has donated Eid clothing among orphans in various countries of the world. In a statement, the QC has said that the distribution of Eid clothing continues in other countries. The Eid clothing project, which aims to share the joy of Eid with orphans, is part of Qatar Charity’s initiative ‘Ramadan of Hope’ drive. The project is hoping to benefit over 4,390 orphans sponsored by QC in 29 countries. The beneficiaries will receive Eid gifts and clothing from the charity. 
 
In Kosovo, Eid clothing was given to 220 orphans through coupons that enabled the beneficiaries to choose appropriate clothes for as part of Eid. Qatar Charity’s Pakistan office donated Eid clothes to 270 orphans in Rawalakot, Pakistan-administered Kashmir. Massod ur-Rehman, the district commissioner, highly appreciated QC’s interventions in Rawalakot. He stated that Eid gifts are blessings for orphans, making sure of the support for Qatar Charity’s projects in the near future.
 
In Kenya, Qatar Charity carried out the Eid clothing project for the benefit of sponsored orphans, and it resulted in benefitting 140 children. In Palestine, 330 orphans were sponsored by QC by giving them various cloths. The beneficiary children showed their enthusiasm and delight while receiving their gifts, thanking their sponsors and Qatar Charity for their support and highlighting that they could enjoy Eid al-Fitr with their friends by wearing these generous gifts provided to them.
