Qatar Charity working to establish a multi-service center in Kyrgyzstan

Qatar Charity laid the groundbreaking for the multi-service Al Rayyan Charitable Center project in the Naryn Governorate of the Kyrgyz Republic.

This multi-service center will include 30 housing units, a school and kindergarten, a health center, a mosque, a Quran memorization center, and a sewing workshop.

The center's estimated cost is more than 5.2 million riyals, and it targets more than 18,000 people from the families of orphans and residents of the surrounding area.

During the ceremony, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan and the Acting President of the Republic, Mr. Sader Jabrov, made an opening statement in which he expressed his deep thanks and gratitude to the government and people of Qatar for their support and to Qatar Charity for its humanitarian and development efforts in the Kyrgyz Republic.

His Excellency the Ambassador of the State of Qatar, Mr. Abdullah Al-Sulaiti, gave a speech in which he explained that this strategic project comes within the framework of strengthening relations between the two friendly countries; it aims to alleviate the suffering of orphans and low-income families to provide them with a decent life.

 

The Director of Programs at Qatar Charity Office in Kyrgyzstan Muhammad Hammam Al-Samman explained that the project aims to provide integrated community services to protect vulnerable groups, to improve their living conditions, and provide educational facilities for their children, as a contribution to enhancing students' opportunities to complete their education.
