Qatar Museums, Oman's Ministry of Heritage and Tourism, and the National Museum of the Sultanate of Oman have signed a five year automatically renewable Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) outlining collaboration in the field of cultural and museum work.

Under the MoU, the three institutions will organize collaborative activities and exhibitions, and periodically exchange collections and exhibits. The three institutions will also provide training, qualifications, and loan programs for their employees as part of their cooperation in the field of museum management and collections management.

Chief Executive Officer of Qatar Museums Ahmad Musa Al Namla and HE Oman's Ambassador to Qatar Najib bin Yahya Al Balushi signed the agreement. (QNA)
