Qatar National Library Participates in Qatar University Reading Week

Qatar National Library as of late took part at Qatar University's Reading Week, which united individuals from the scholarly network, writers, and perusers to observe World Book Day 2019. The week-long action was held from 21 to 23 April under the subject, "Reading is Life". 
 
The Library exhibited its administrations through a versatile library stall, where custodians and staff were available to connect with guests and offer data on its books, diaries and sight and sound accumulations, just as its huge online assets. 
 
As a feature of the Reading Week, the Library propelled its first compact library narrating action for understudies at the Early Childhood Center.
 
"Qatar National Library has encouraged me to complete my studies and spend as much time as possible in the Library to take advantage of the rich resources available," said Dana Al Marri, a Qatar University student.
 
"We are delighted to have the Qatar National Library and its presence at Qatar University. It is an excellent opportunity to learn about their services and their participation has encouraged many to register as members," said Sarah Al Nuaimi, a psychology student.
 
"The talks by students and professors about the librarianship profession during Qatar University Reading Week filled me with pride in the role played by my Library through its various activities and services," said Eman Al-Shammari, an information librarian at Qatar National Library.
