Qatar Reports 11 New COVID-19 Cases, 17 Recovery; Total of Infected 481, Virus-free 27

The Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) confirmed today that 11 individuals were just tested positive for coronavirus in Qatar. With the new record, the current total number of COVID-19 cases is 481.

 

 

Meanwhile, 17 patients who were previously infected by the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in the country are now virus-free.

Those who have recovered from the disease are back in good health. Four of them are Qatari citizens and the rest are expatriates. The sum of recovery in Qatar as of today is 27.

Currently,10,352 people in Qatar have been tested for the virus.

Health officials reiterated to follow the preventive and precautionary measures announced by the country to help eliminate the spread of the virus. It fiurther advised the public to regularly wash hands, use hand sanitizers, and keep a distance of at least one meter (3 feet) from people who show signs of COVID-19.
