Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index gained 9.15 points, or 0.09 percent, when the bourse closed trading at 10,226.68 points Monday.

The volume of shares traded increased to 201,651,899 from 182,186,733 on Sunday and the value of shares increased to QR440,017,133.425 from QR321,053,239.54 on Sunday.

Indices of five sectors ended in green zone and two sectors ended red zone today. QSE Total Return Index increased 0.09 percent to 20,216.67 points and QSE Al Rayan Islamic Index gained 0.11 percent to 4,362.65 points. QSE All Share Index lost 0.15 percent to 3,243.55 points.
