QFA President Meets QRCS Secretary-General

HE President of Qatar Football Association (QFA) Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa bin Ahmed Al-Thani met Monday with HE Secretary-General of Qatar Red Crescent Society (QRCS) Ambassador Ali bin Hassan Al Hammadi.
The meeting discussed means of enhancing the cooperation in issues of mutual concern, especially those related to community programs provided by the QRCS.
The meeting also discussed ways of promoting the mutual cooperation in the future to develop the mechanism of implementing the joint community programs, especially since the two sides have a strong long-term partnership.
The successful partnership between the two sides has recently resulted in a remarkable campaign launched in conjunction with the two semi-final matches of the HH the Amirs Cup aimed at supporting the provision of the "COVID-19" vaccine to refugees, displaced people and migrants in the world. (QNA)
